Why this score
9 Dec 2019 scores 34/100 for Buy Gold — the Panchang reads as unfavourable for buying gold. On this Monday, the lunar day is Dwadashi (Shukla Paksha), the Nakshatra is Bharani, Yoga is Parigha, and Karana is Balava. Together these elements shape whether tradition would green-light buying gold right now.
Supporting signals: Supportive lunar phase (Balava); Waxing moon period (Shukla Paksha). Friction points: Challenging nakshatra (Bharani); Challenging energy period (Parigha yoga). Rahu Kaal runs 7:30 AM–9:00 AM; most families avoid signing or finalising during that window. Abhijit Muhurat (11:36 AM–12:24 PM) is the most commonly used “safe” slot if you must proceed today.
If you can wait, the next stronger window is 10 Dec 2019 (score 81/100, Excellent). A common pattern: prepare paperwork on a Neutral/Avoid day, then close on a Good or Excellent date.
