In Hindu tradition, land is revered as a manifestation of Bhoomi Devi (Mother Earth), and acquiring it is treated with the utmost respect for Panchang timing. The Panchang considerations for land purchase closely align with property purchase, but with even greater emphasis on stability and permanence. The most favorable Nakshatras include Rohini, Pushya, Uttara Phalguni, Shravana, Dhanishta, and Uttara Bhadrapada — all "fixed" or "stable" Nakshatras that symbolize immovable, lasting assets.
